Orders placed on our website are typically dispatched within one business day from the order date. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Processing Times: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
In case of unforeseen delays or high volume periods (like Christmas), any changes to dispatch times will be communicated promptly.

To ensure your MOVA Globe arrives safely, we use trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Amazon Shipping.
Secure Packaging: All MOVA Globes are packaged in reinforced boxes to prevent damage during transit. Signature may be required upon delivery for higher value items.
Track Your Order: A tracking link will be provided in your dispatch email. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Note on Remote Areas: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1-2 working days compared to Mainland UK.
