At MOVA Globes UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Our return policy is designed to comply with UK Consumer Rights regulations, ensuring a smooth and protected shopping experience.
Return Window: 30 Days
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you change your mind.
Right of Withdrawal: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.
This applies to all MOVA Globes purchased directly from our UK store.
How Refunds Work
Start a Return
Contact our support team or initiate the return via your account dashboard to receive a return authorization.
Pack & Post
Pack the item securely in its original box. We recommend using a tracked service (Royal Mail or courier).
Inspection
Once received at our UK warehouse, we inspect the item within 2 working days.
Refund Issued
We process the refund immediately. Funds typically appear in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will always be issued to the original payment card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
Postage Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will refund return postage costs. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Conditions for Return
To ensure a full refund, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
Original Condition
Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.
Packaging
Please return the item in its original MOVA packaging, including all protective foam and inserts.
Accessories
Ensure all accessories (base, prongs, user manual) are included in the box.
Resalable
The product must be in a resalable condition.
⚠️ Please Note: Returns that are damaged due to poor packaging by the customer or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your MOVA Globe arrives damaged or develops a fault, our warranty policy applies.
Damaged on Arrival: Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Warranty: All MOVA Globes come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault develops, please contact support for a warranty claim.
