MOVA International (MOVA Globes), a division of TurtleTech Design Inc. and its authorised dealers warrant to the original purchaser that this product (MOVA® Globe, excluding the base station and accessories) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period and upon presentation of proof of purchase, the product will be replaced with an identical or similar model at MOVA’s discretion. This warranty applies only to service in the country where the product was purchased. If the product is purchased in one country and then transported to another country, the warranty is no longer valid.

How to make a claim under the warranty

To make a claim under the warranty, please complete the online form, call or email MOVA Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Once you have received the RMA number, send the product prepaid with a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.

Due to the possibility of damage or loss during transit, we recommend that you pack the product securely and ship it insured, request a receipt or provide a suitable tracking number showing proof of delivery.

The warranty is void if

The problem is caused by improper, rough or negligent handling or use.
The problem is caused by a fire or other natural disaster.
The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment performed by anyone other than TTD or an authorised service centre.
Proof of purchase will not be provided when claiming warranty service after the warranty period has expired.
This limited warranty does not apply to any media or accessories supplied or purchased with the MOVA® Globe.

This limited warranty does not cover the mount or accessories supplied or purchased with the MOVA® Globe.

Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, extends beyond the warranty period. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of the duration of an implied warranty, and some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the exclusion or limitation of liability for death or personal injury by a party due to that party’s negligence, so the above exclusions and limitations do not apply in those cases. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
